You held our domain hostage while you dug a hole trying to bury our name.

You went out of your way to deface what you feared.

We sat back and watched—silently.

We reflected. And funny enough, we want to thank you.

Those years gave us the space to figure out what really matters in our souls.

We invested in our family. Launched new ventures. Built bridges (and lakes). Repaired old ones.

We healed what was broken within us. We became better people.

And, we went fishing too.
